just dont tip. you can save yourself tons of cash by not doing so. youre obviously not required to and why should you if they dont even appreciate it and just take your money with a barely audible "thanks". Like its just SOP to take at least a dollar every time they throw some cards out at chipstacks. Over time, it adds up to quite a chunk.
