Default NL50 - double combo draw on turn

Villain seems to play like a regular. Plays tight, raises on button to isolate fish. Afternoon game, if that matters.
Villain is 22/12/10 over 80 hands to this point.

SB ($50.45)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $0.50, SB completes, Hero checks.

Turn: ($4.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $3.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $12</font>,

I assume standard fair here is to call. Any reason not to raise? I'm prolly calling a shove getting 1.8:1
