104 Bucs -3.5...with Garcia this team is better than most think. With Warner, Cards aren't.
126 Eagles +3...Eagles getting healthier which puts them on same plane as Dallas talent wise. Line should be closer to pick.
102 Jets +3.5...they suck but Wash nothing great either so I'll take over a FG at home.
112 Titans -4...don't expect Panthers to score a lot in this game. Titans tend to keep it close though or I would rate this higher.
