[ QUOTE ]
also i dont think viper is solidly #1, if bm/enc/syl hold out the first 5 levels there really isnt much in it [/ QUOTE ] I'd say two people at good skill level where one guy plays viper and other guy plays bm would lead to 99,99% win ratio for the viper. What can he do? Harass with axes + bottle? He's melee, can't really do anything and will get orbwalked and get no farm. Ench is a good counter, it's a very even match-up, but given it's em I'll have to give Viper the upper hand really. Late game capability is so much more important. You're right about syll. Problem is, he wont get to level 5 without being extremely underfarmed, (he has trouble farming at least until lvl 7 where his bear can harass much better). Another hero that hasn't been considered is abaddon. With an arcane ring he can really put some hurt to viper's farming early and at the same time farm himself. But, arcane ring + abba is always banned in serious matches just like rhasta simply is to good to be allowed to play 1v1... Dota isn't a 1v1 game really. Forgot totally about rhasta, he's completely dominant 1v1. |
