Big Brother - Game Thread

On the topic of work - I've finally learned how to keep my boss happy with me. It has nothing to do with whether I am diligent, professional, get my work done on time, do my job well, or anything else remotely related to my job performance.

All I need to do is spend at least 30 minutes a day telling her funny stories about my personal life and basically just chatting with her. That's it. As long as I do this I could mindlessly drool at my keyboard the remainder of the day and it wouldn't matter at all - when I fail to do this (like when I'm actually busy) she gets very irritated with me and gives me all sorts of crap.

My work life has become so much less stressful since coming to this realization because before I was focused on totally unimportant things like being productive and doing my job well.
