Just to pile on, some fun statistics (yeah, when Michigan goes 1-7 or does something unpossible like lose to I-AA team you can all tear us apart, but this chance only comes along so often).

ND's offense is of course last in IA with some 1500 total yards, or 187 yards a game, and 2.95 yards a play. For comparison, only 1 other team is averaging less than 4 yards a play, much less under 3. There are 76 players with more yards/game than Notre Dame. Michael Crabtree, a WR, is only 181 yards shy of ND's total.

Also, ND's punter was player of the game against USC. He was a Ty recruit.

I'm eagerly anticipating the UW-ND game next year. Don't expect it, but if UW should win, it will be marvelous to watch NDNation (I mean, more than usual).
