In general though, you have just as much if not more power in the relationship. If you want this guy to fall in love with you, you can do it. You just have to work as hard as guys do to get chicks to sleep with them. But there is certainly a chance that he is looking for something more real. To him, your age probably doens't matter...he has dated plenty of younger women before and is only concerned with 1. gettin in the jeans 2. hanging out with you. 1>2 always but to what extent is probably yet to be determined.
Give it a shot imo. Sides, sounds like you've already decided. Just make him take you out to dinner and stuff.
