The problem I have with chicks post-op is that many do come out of it with an added surcharge in the form of self-esteem and ego, and are thusly harder to manipulate and manage. If anything, some poor guy paid for these boobs, which she now uses to maipulate more than before. Sadly, I doubt it improved her self esteem much.
