ah, gotcha. perhaps that's why they mentioned they were out of biz after 5 months and so people wouldnt expect a 'revisited' episode.

overall, the show was pretty good although not good enough for me to watch again. i felt bad for the family running the restaurant which is mostly why i watched. although i'm embarrassed to admit i watched 'hell's kitchen' last season. was my guilty pleasure show last year.
