Well the thought process may go something like;
"hmmm, AQs nice hand but my position sucks. That Corsakh on the BTN is a 3 betting SOB and I don't want to facing a bloated 3bet pot OOP as my postflop skills suck. I'll limp and call a raise disguising the strength of my hand and I'll stack him if he's raising AJ or lower.

Seriously though, its a nice tell on someone. He's obviously very nitty OOP and can probably be pushed off a lot of hands.
