Manny was really smart there.

In every at bat I've seen Manny against K-Rod, he has looked slider. I've seen him take many of K-Rod's fastballs early in the count and then take good swings at the breaking ball when down in the count.
It was obvious he was looking fastball after the first fastball missed.

Manny may say he just saw the pitch and hit it, I don't believe him for a second.
