Partypoker Refuses to pay out bonus #2 and #3

Well, conveniently, I made my deposit 3/11, and I hadn't played any before that. They certainly have that record, so, if they can see my raked hands (which, interestingly, is w/in 20 hands of my PT records), why can't they just give it to me? The world may never know, but they'll get another e-mail the 17th if I haven't been paid yet.
