The Border is growing outward, Logo is staying the same size. I add to the border whenever I can, looks cleaner, and gives us more of a claim to space for future artwork. also gives people a chance to write their grafitti without cluttering up the logo.

I havn't been drawing over any unprotected work though, only useless grafitti and scribbles.
