I would just use the new 360 so i can play Halo 3 for the month while my actual 360 is being fixed. Then at the end of the 30 days i would return the new 360 back to Best Buy for a full refund. Im just not sure they give refunds for open 360s. Ill just say someone got a PS3 for me and i prefered that or something.
