Default Re: QQ vs. tag 3bet pf

I don't use a tonne of stats either, but one I use consistently is calls c-bet. I should add calls turn bet (if that's an option).

Basically your preflop play should be with thoughts to how the hand will play post flop.

So, if the villain is someone that limp calls a lot preflop but gives up on a lot of flops, than I isolate very liberally and fire a lot a c-bets.

If the villain just won't give up on hands post flop, I'm much more selective with the hands I isolate with. I want to be doing it with hands I feel comfortable trying to get three streets of value out of when I hit TP. Or hands that have big hand potential like SCs.

Also, it depends on they type of loose player they are. I'll isolate differently with a 40/15 then I will with a 30/5. This is because the 30/5 is much more likely to limp call with big As and other hands that the 40/15 will be raising with. So, if you isolate the 30/5 with ATo and get action on a Ahigh flop, you're not sure where you are at and attempting to get three streets of value may be just spewing.
