I dont see why you wouldnt be able to get one anymore...I got one a while ago and its the easiest way to deposit and cash out imo...i was also confused about this whole echeck thing when my account wasnt adjusted for at least 2 1-2 weeks

anyway, go to paytrucard.com, sign up for a card and they'll give you a temp password until they mail you your card...and you can immediately deposit once set up
