Obviously, the right play is that you take the prop bet, have another friend hold the money, and then show the lemon-eater this thread. Tbe bet's binding, your friend doesn't have lifelong physical damage, and the 1% chance that he might have actually finished the bet is removed. It's win/win/win.

Also, the people that are being all super-serious here about how 100 lemons will cause irreversible damage are missing the point. It's not like the kids actually going to finish all the lemons. He's going to eat 10 or 12, his mouth is going to start bleeding, and he's going to say "oh [censored], there's no way I'm making it to 100". OP's going to get his money and that will be that.
