[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] 6 games NYY runs scored: 27 boston: 26 [/ QUOTE ] Here we go again with that 10-1 victory distorting the whole meaning of that stat. You're not fooling anyone except maybe yourself. [/ QUOTE ] LOL i sometimes wish i could be blissfully ignorant of what actually matters like some of you as i feel my life would be easier to live. i mean seriously...picking 6 games that were ~20 days apart as a barometer of how a team will fare against another is retarded. when i point out that over tha HUGE SAMPLE of 6 games the teams scored basically the same amout of runs, two of the sporting events forums brightest choose to pick THAT apart when it actually says more about what will happen in the future than the w-l record over six games. wow NY is fielding a better team than BOS right now! i have been saying that for two months. thinking boston has 'no chance' vs NY based on 6 H2H games is just stupid. sorry. |
