OP I think you answered your own question... You 3bet led flop qxx rag -you may be ahead but are lost/most likely behind only beating small and medium pairs. vs a o.k player you'll going to lose more money and get no more and vs a donk he's going to weakly bet to river with may be a q2o. As lego said.
