[ QUOTE ]
I might be on a wrong track here, but well .... (and there is some guessing and dancing, but it is all about estimating what range villian perceives you on and what ranges you estimate he is on) [/ QUOTE ] This is what I meant pretty much. What range do I think they have and what range do they think I have in this situation. But there are some players at NL10 that don't even do this. They just play what they got and pray it best while putting money in. So you can't be like I know they probably got top pair but they have to think my hand looks like a straight draw due to how I have played it and will fold once I bomb the straight card when it hits. I have found that about 50% of my opponents think enough to fold when I do this while the others don't. Of course the ones who look me up probably do so due to the inferior salesmanship of my hand. Ex. No one expects you to bet a straight draw here. So if I cbet then bomb a scare card they won't buy it lol. If I c/c them then raise or bet the scare card it works alot. Btw when I play my best I feel as if I am dancing. Especially if I got a good phish show playin in my headset. |
