This, imo, is a horrible recommendation. Even more so for a woman with sensitive hands. You can't hardly fire 5 rounds from one of these things before your hands sting like a mofo. super uncomfortable to shoot. Of course you won't notice in the heat of battle but you sure do at the shooting range.

IMO you are better off with a Glock 26 for a carry weapon.

Those lightweight guns usually can't handle +p+ ammunition either.

I also agree this gun will kick so much it won't be any fun at the range. However for self defense if you're ever in a situation where you'll need it you won't even notice the kick. I believe you're adrenaline would be going so much you could shoot a cannonandnot notice it.
