Depositing

I believe this is the correct spot for this, and if not sorry everyone, it's my first post here although I've read around quite a bit on 2+2.

I live in the US, one of the 13 restricted sites according to legislation and what not, and have cash looking to deposit onto poker sites (Full Tilt and UltimateBet mostly). For cash, I've heard that Gift2Go and AllAccess Gift Cards for Visa/Mastercard is the way to go, but I've also heard on both of them that neither may or may not work.

Could someone tell me the best way to deposit via cash and if All Access/Gift2Go still work and are the best options?
