10/20 Turn Decision

Generally loose passive 10/20 game, with one player on my right who is very LAG in steal position but otherwise solid

All fold to him and he raises on the button, I 3bet w/ AhTh, BB folds

Flop is 10c8h3d, I bet he calls

Turn is 4s, I bet, he raises....

My history with villain is pretty nill, w/ exception to recognizing his overzealous blind steal attempts. I haven't played many pots while he has been at the table.
