[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] if you left your wallet on the street and i find it and take it is it stealing? If you give me your atm card and give me your pin code is it stealing? [/ QUOTE ] 1) Yes, stupid 2) If I gave you my pin code to take out $200 and you took $2000 without my permission, over and over again, then yes than would be stealing. [/ QUOTE ] How about if I ring you up and tell you that I made a good investment with that $200 and doubled it, and now I'd like to try and do the same thing with $2000? You say yes. Then, a couple of hours later, you pass me at the ATM where I'm drawing out another $2000. Instead of saying 'gimme my card back, beeyotch', you just shrug and go on to bed, hoping beyond hope that maybe I'll join you there later. Still stealing? Though changing his password was totally wrong, it was kinda understandable as she'd busted his monies, but it seems to me that hizzle was far from clear about what limit she should play and stick to -- but even if he insisted that she stick to playing 5c/10c and play no higher than that, the idea that he'd let someone like Brandi play on his account unsupervised suggests some degree of contributory negligence on his part. |
