Default NL100 JJ get 3bet from BU (hyperaggressiv postflop)

Absolute Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Button ($63.25)
SB ($28.30)
BB ($58.67)
UTG ($159.65)
Hero ($187.89)
CO ($68.43)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $5.5</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $3.50.

Flop: ($11.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $8</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $21.75</font> HERO???

Villain is 19/10/6,0 for about 200 hands.WTSD is about 25.
I didnt see him 3betting all the time or I cannot remember. He did that very infrequently.
The question is either lead this flop or checkraise him and fold for a shove? His aggression preflop especially this demonstrative little raise preflop alert me.
I think I should fold against his reraise here, shouldnt I. But is this line - donk/fold - the right against tight/hyperaggressive postflop players? I think this donk dont look like I could have the nuts, so he would maybe reraise anytwo on this spot?
Maybe I should 4bet preflop here? Preflop he wasnt very agressiv.
