Getting a six pack
So this guy I work with has just gotten back into to the gym, but I think hes turned delusional. He says that hes going to have a six pack in 5 more weeks. He's been going now for 4 weeks and has already lost 18 pounds (so he says). He started at around 250 and his goal is to get to 210.
When he said he was going to have a six pack in 5 weeks I was like man that is like almost impossible here. After I said it he got quite belligerent and defensive saying I know nothing. So the question is am I really off base here, is it possible to get a six pack in 9 weeks when starting out more that 40 lbs overweight?
