[ QUOTE ]
whatever dude. i never said getting ahead on your looks was a disadvantage. all i said is, you guys cant fault us for taking advantage of that option. yes, its easy. you guys make it easy. i didnt say we need protection. i do believe we are equals. i believe we arent treated as equals. and its a double standard that we women did not put in place single handedly. its just funny that even though you guys are all saying bla bla bla why is she famous bla bla bla no one cares. then why are there 15,000 views to her threads and a million replys to her too? obviously you care enough to respond that you dont care. LOL. if you really didnt care the threads would be buried. its laughable to make fun of us for using the get-ahead-on-your-looks option when you guys served it to us on a silver platter. [/ QUOTE ] Well, like I said in a previous response - I think the reason a good majority of us view and post here is because it's really entertaining and we want to see it keep going. You're helping the cause just like we are. And as I argued in my last post - Brandi was not treated as an equal because the community was only given one option. I think there's absolutely nothing wrong with woman getting ahead with her looks. I just don't think it's 'fair' to accuse the community to force her in that path when we weren't given a chance (i.e., she didn't impress us with her play). You would have a much more valid point if she, using your example, 4-barrel bluffed Phil Ivey to make her entrance. Everyone lighten up a bit, teh Internetz isn't that serious business =) ~andy |
