Should i live with girls?

School starts monday and i have no where to live so im searching on facebook. I found 2 pretty hot girls with what sounds like a nice house close to campus. They need two roomates and dont care about gender.

IM thinking this might be awesome as they are pretty decent and surely have hot friends who will be over all the time. On the other hand, they are girls so the drama may not be worth it. What do you guys think?

Also if any one in fort collins is looking for a roomate pm me or something..
