A rant against toothpicks (low content)

If you are a B&M player who plays with a toothpick in your mouth would you kindly consider stopping that? Please? Especially if you're a woman. And for Heaven's sake, if you absolutely MUST have a toothpick dangling from your mouth while playing could you at least take the damn cellophane off of the damn thing? TYVM.
