How many outs do i have?

i dont understand something
SSHE says that (we assume there is a rainbow flop):
- BDSD has 1,5 if no gap like x56 and u hold A7
- BDSD has 1 if is only one gap like x56 and u hold A8
- BDSD has 0,5 if there are two gaps like x56 and u hold A9

Is difference when i have one gap like:
- x56 and u hold A8
- xJQ and u hold A2?
