You either mean the program by David DeAngelo from doubleyourdating OR you mean "The Way of The Superior Man" by David Deida. I am not familiar with the former, the latter is excellent although Cardo will be able to come up with a reason to hate it if he wants to, [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img].

Yeah this is good but there is very little practical stuff. It's more of an archetype book....spelling out archetypes that someone like Cardo is going to be v familiar with anyway through reading literature and crap I'd imagine.

Good recommendations in general though!
