FTP checks are not coming on time -- Why?

I think what everyone seems to miss is the average 11 now full tilt is saying 15 days. For an AVERAGE it means if you get your checks 3-5 days a lot there will be those checks that take 30 every so often due to check places being retards And full tilt being slow because you emial them every time its 6 days after you asked for it.

Get an epassporte debit card if waiting is this hard for people.

I think it would be 35$ well spent.
