Perhaps not entertaining but a very interesting read is "Swimming with the Devilfish" by Des Wilson.

People in the US maybe unaware of this book since it is about the UK poker scene but I'm sure if people want a change of scenery then they will enjoy this book.

A lot of the book is focussed on Dave "Devilfish" Ulliot but there are some good stories of the underground poker games that were played in the UK before it was introduced to Casinos.
