Default How many 2-4 3-6 hands to start to make a profit?

After reviewing some PP 2-4 and 3-6 limit plays from yesterday, I noticed several things:
1. Noone actually seemed to win much at all if anything over all.
2. The best anyone seemed to be doing was to be up $20 or eventually deplete their roll.

3. The blinds seemed to be taking everyone's roll.

Considering that your paying B+BB every round, isn't there a 'point of no profit' in the sense that all you're really doing is paying blinds and not winning enough to cover them?
I played tight but found myself wanting to play looser just because of all the blinds I was forking out for deuces and fours..and similar junk.

Thanks in adance,
