I was asking if he was slowrolling or actually thinking. I never use my timebank (lol obv) so I dont know if people use it to slowroll or not.

are you serious with this? how can you not figure it out that ppl need time to think about decisions. this isn't even short stack bashing, it's just common sense. it's not like the guy shoved on him and he's holding aces, the raise was to ~$200 and they had another ~$700 behind...how is that anywhere near slowrolling?
