Cheating in Online Poker

1. I had no idea anyone would think it was Clayton. I didn't know he uses many accounts, as apparently the rest of the universe does, and the only person that I thought would know was him, oh and the person who provided me the information. So my intentions were not to brag or out Clayton, they were to set an example that information about people who are possibly cheating should be forwarded to the sites.

2. I had said all along, and I said in the email to Stars, that I do not know whether Clayton cheated. All I know is that having many accounts in this day and age is extremely suspicious. I do not know Clayton, and have no reason to believe he either IS or is NOT cheating. All I know is that he had many accounts.

3. I do not equate ToS violations to cheating. Ii do think that ToS violations that given the appearance of cheating need to be reported.

4. Clayton may be a nice, honest guy, I have no idea. But it is not the smartest thing in the world if he didn't see this day coming.
