Default HUSNG Taking Coinflips on the Flop? When?

In my sessions i realized that it often happens that i or villain has an overpair und the other player got a pair + draw. Both play get their money in asap and the race begins.

Do you take each of this coinflop types cause its already money in the pot so going allin is a +EV move? Or the chance that villain has only TP or only the draw is big enough to be favorite.

Or may you fold in such situations and wait for a hand as big favorite? how will stack sizes influence you decision?
