I chose the "Raise 10%, call 80%, fold 10%" option although IRL I think for me it's split closer to 33/33/33.
I think always raising is a mistake, eventually your opponent will catch on and start re-raising you off these kind of hands. But I do think raising some of the time is a good idea, particularly to encourage him to play back at your raises when you have a strong holding.
