400NL Can I make him fold his KQ?

Remember he is actually thinking about what I have here. Many players call two bets with medium holdings and then folds on the river since they think he cant be 3barreling me. So I think he folds JJ and KQ here, not AQ or some weird overpair/set off course. Im not sure if he is this kind of player but that was my read. We will never get the answer though.

I fold hands like KQ to 3barrels usually unless I have a read on the player, might be a leak though.
