Default Flop Flush draw good gamble?

Live Cash game 1-3 NL
Stacks And Stats:

EP (193)
MP (1400)
CO (650) Hero
BU (335)
SB (600)

Preflop-Hero Limps in the cutoff with Ad 2d, 4 people call.

Flop (15) – Qd Jd 9c
EP bets 15, MP folds, CO raises 45 buts gets called back for string raise and can only put in 30 (only in live game can this happen lol). BU raises to 100. SB folds and EP goes
All in for 163. CO calls 163. and BU calls 163 (they said he couldn’t go all in cause it wasn’t a full raise?) Again live rule decisions.

Turn (386)–9h CO –check, BU puts rest in 66.

Table was kind of weak players. Was this a good spot to gamble put my money in with nut flush draw could win a big pot but obviously have to hit. Maybe wait for a better spot when I’m a favorite since table was weak? But getting correct odds to put money in?

BU and EP both had 10 8 for a straight.
