I could be in the wrong, but I can't see how we can disregard ICM when we still have 30% of the price pool to play for.

But of course we are in the money, and that mean we can loosen up on the push-fold botting a bit. But min raising or limping into two equal stacks are outright weak IMO. I would go over the top with a very wide range here from the BB.
