30 BB's is not even close to deep, much less 'very deep'.

It's not deep. But, it's deep enough so that you can just call the standard 3xBB pre-flop raise with some marginal hands rather than pushing all-in with them.

So, a stop 'n' go is never an option for you?

You can never call with a hand in position and then decide whether to go all-in on the flop based on board texture?

It's just all-in or fold every time?
