Shut out at Paradise

In the past 4 week's I have made repeated attempt's to remove my $$ out of Paradise only to run into a series of dead end's.The site switched over to a sporting bet & I had to down load new software & password to log on. I have never had a problem before withdrawing $$.This time I was told I had to take a cheque.I did ,butnever received it. My account balance is zero, I can no longer log on to the site they say my password is invalid.I have tried to call but the number is not working,my e-mail request's have also gone unanswered.
