[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] What is your friend going to use to get all the blood and brain fragments out of his carpet? It sucks that he is going to have to pay for carpet cleaners to come in. If I was your friend I would sue the robbers families for the cost of cleaning my carpet. [/ QUOTE ] Ummm... I would just move. Think of everytime you come in your living room you will remember you blew a guys head off in there. For emotional health, it's time to move. [/ QUOTE ] Would it be the same for you if you owned the place rather than rented? [/ QUOTE ] I think I would have to be in that guys shoes if I owned it, but I am leaning towards selling - so the answer is yes. p.s. by real estate law (in most states) you don't have to disclose that a person died in a house unless the prospective buyer inquires about it. So you might get away with selling the house for profit |
