I was issued a Paytru account back in May, but had the problem that they "reached its capacity for the issuance and production of new cards".

I was curious if anyone has been able to use the card number and CVV number to make a purchase at any other online merchants. Their website says this is possible, but when I tried, it said the CVV # wasn't valid. Is that only because I haven't received the physical card (and likely never will)?
