I started playing just cash games in November of last year. Started with 25NL and have moved up to 50NL, 100NL and now 200NL. I move up pretty slowly and I'm somewhat of a BR nit so getting staked could help my game. I've always been ready for the next level and never had to move down after moving up. I do not have problems with tilt.
My graph (the days graphed is wrong because I only played 10nl a little bit when I played tournaments so it should be 70 days or so less):
