I wouldn't hold your breath. I got scammed on another forum this week and was told that it would be investigated. 24 hours later the conclusion of the investigation was that:

1. My account was logged in from my normal IP address, hence the $215 transfer originated from me.
2. As stated in the transfer window, PokerStars does not get involved in disputes over transfers.
3. We apologize that we can't help more, here's $11T to play in the new Sunday 100K.
