Default bobby baldwin pulls rank

Bobby Baldwin was playing in the big game tonight at Bellagio. They were playing Omaha, his opponent bet the river and BB folded. His opponnent showed three cards, and BB asked the dealer to show him the fourth card. The other guy said, I didn't show you four cards, I showed you three. BB said he didn't care, and that he wanted to see the fourth card anyway. While this rule of "show one show both" (or in this case, "show three, show four") has been recently implemented in tournaments, I have never heard of someone in a cash game trying to pull this. Also, the Bellagio has no official rulebook for the cardroom, specifically so they can bend the rules for high-stakes players.

My husband, who deals in the Bellagio poker room, told me this story. BTW, the dealer showed the fourth card. Maybe this is a good reason to go back to having the big game at the Nugget, where they used to play when BB sat in.
