Default 200NL QQ in reraised pot. Sort of deep.

Villain is 25/18/2.6 over 500 hands. We have played about 100 hands at this table and stayed out of each others way. I think this is actually the first time I have 3-bet him at this table. So he basically has no reason to think I'm full of it.

Maybe I should have bet the turn. Bet/fold?

His large turnbet really confused me though. On one hand I really have no reason to think he is floating me, and I doubt he would bet JJ here. But why would he make such a huge turnbet, when a much smaller bet would still mean he could push river. Kind of seems like he is committing himself with a medium strength hand.

So what does he have? A set/AA/KK, or a 56s/78s kind of hand. Very confused.

Running so bad lately and probably playing pretty bad as well.
