Default 2 sets, but ifeel uncomfortable

1. Villain is tag. His line is very strong on flop and i think he will very often c/r me with his str8. If i bet i commit myself to calling, should i just check?

If i bet i commit myself to call vs his Flush, if i don`t bet i miss value and let him draw.
I think this hand is easier than the above one, but still i am not sure.
